Salvation Army Actions Against Human Trafficking
Marcus Moo is Territorial Director of Social & Community Services and Social Justice for The Salvation Army, overseeing social and community work — spanning the elderly, children and families, migrant workers, ex-offenders, urban refugees, trafficking victims and displaced persons — across Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand.
On Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Response, he is Deputy Chairperson of the South Pacific East Asia Zonal Council and was recently appointed international representative to the UNODC's Constructive Dialogue forum on trafficking. 
Before a decade with The Salvation Army, he was a Singapore public servant in media and tech start-up and enterprise development, and earlier an equity analyst covering TMT at JPMorgan. He is pursuing a DBA in AI at Golden Gate University and holds an MSc in Innovation from SMU and a BA in Statistics and Economics from NUS.
